Hi, I’m Alexis! I’m a wife, mama, and professional Wedding Planner. I’m a Lancaster native that loves her church, enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and adventuring with my husband, four littles and Mini Aussiedoodle, “Waffles”.
My Background
Since beginning my event planning journey in 2012, I’ve had the joy of working within a 4-Diamond and 5-Star luxury venue, helping grow a colleague’s planning company, and eventually launching AKG Events in 2017. What started as a love for beautiful details and meaningful moments has evolved into a boutique planning experience rooted in intention, organization, and genuine connection.
For the past several years, I’ve also had the privilege of serving as an exclusive Lead Coordinator at The Farm at Eagles Ridge. As the venue prepares to close at the end of 2026, AKG Events is stepping confidently into its next chapter—opening expanded availability for 2026 and 2027 couples who want a seamless, joyful, and truly elevated wedding experience at the region’s most stunning venues.
Motherhood and entrepreneurship have shaped the heart behind my work. They’ve taught me to stay calm in the chaos, savor the meaningful moments, and create celebrations that feel effortless, personal, and unforgettable.
I take on a limited number of weddings each year to ensure every couple receives an experience that is polished, thoughtfully designed, and full of delight—where every detail reflects who you are and the story you’re telling.

Becca is a wife, new mom, and loves all things fitness and homemade (kombucha and sourdough, anyone?!). She entered the wedding world about 5 years ago, starting with photography and then growing into the world of wedding coordinating. She firmly believes that no matter how many couples she is blessed to serve, each day is completely unique, and every couple has their own incredibly beautiful story. This job truly is a joy & it’s the greatest gift to be able to do it!

Christina is a Texas native that has called Lancaster Pennsylvania home for over 20 years. She is married and has two amazing kids. She loves to spend time with her family, explore new cities and serve her church. Christina has a passion for weddings and events and can't wait to help each AKG couple that she has the privilege to serve.
